The house is a 19th century bourgeois 'maison de maitre' which retains many of its original features. Continental breakfast is included in the price or you could have the daily special which could be anything from ultra healthy local fruit smoothies to not quite so healthy full English, Table D'hôtes is available 4 nights a week when booked in advance.

 

Martin and Abigail after selling their house in the Gers bought the house in January 2009 and set about creating a unique boutique Chambres D'hôtes. Luckily much of the house had not suffered the indignity of earlier restoration keeping many of the original features including a hand-gilded ceiling in the salon, marble fireplaces, and stone staircase also terrazzo floors.

Abigail's former work as a designer is in evidence with tranquil colours that act as a perfect foil to interesting brocante finds that have been collected over the years mixed with some more modern pieces. Each suite has it's own individual character and all the comforts of home you'll need on your visit.
